1 General Provisions

php22 is a licensed online gaming and sports betting platform operating under the jurisdiction of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). php22 is committed to providing a fair, safe, and responsible gaming environment for all eligible players in the Philippines.

These Terms, together with php22's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotional terms communicated to players from time to time, constitute the entire agreement between php22 and the Player. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

These Terms are written in English. Translations, if any, are provided for convenience only. In the event of any inconsistency, the English version of these Terms shall prevail.

2 Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the php22 platform is strictly restricted to persons who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. This minimum age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations applicable to casino-style online gambling in the Philippines. php22 employs age verification procedures and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be immediately closed, and any deposited funds will be returned, but any winnings generated will be forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

php22 is operated under a PAGCOR license and is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. You represent and warrant that your access to and use of php22 is lawful in your jurisdiction. php22 makes no representations that the platform is appropriate for use in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.

2.3 Other Restrictions

• Employees of php22, its affiliates, contractors, and game providers, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to hold player accounts.
• Players who have voluntarily self-excluded are not eligible to register or maintain an active account for the duration of their exclusion period.
• Players listed on any PAGCOR exclusion registry are not eligible to register or use the php22 platform.

3 Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration

To access php22's games and services, you must create a registered account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including your real full name, a valid Philippine mobile number, a valid email address, and your date of birth. You are prohibited from registering under a false name or providing any inaccurate information.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account with php22. The existence of multiple accounts registered to the same individual — whether identified by name, address, payment method, IP address, device fingerprint, or any other identifier — is a material breach of these Terms. php22 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

3.3 KYC Verification

php22 is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID (SSS, UMID, PhilSys, passport, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and delay of withdrawals.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely and exclusively responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your php22 login credentials, including your username and password. You must notify php22 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. php22 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

php22 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya/PayMaya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. php22 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account that has been verified as belonging to you and matches the details on your php22 account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise stated. php22 aims to process GCash and Maya withdrawals within 5 minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1 business day. Processing times may be extended during KYC verification, security reviews, or technical maintenance periods.

4.3 Wagering Requirements

Where a withdrawal request is made while bonus funds remain active in your account, applicable wagering requirements must be met before the withdrawal can be processed. php22 reserves the right to deduct bonus funds and associated winnings from withdrawal requests where wagering requirements have not been fulfilled.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on php22 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). php22 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees imposed by third-party payment providers.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by php22 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is offered. In the absence of specific terms, the following general rules apply:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only.
• php22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any withdrawal of bonus-related winnings can be made.
• php22 reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what rate.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse php22's bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using systematic betting strategies designed to exploit bonus structures, or misrepresenting player identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. php22 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them, and to permanently close the accounts of players found to have engaged in bonus abuse.

5.3 Welcome Bonus

php22's welcome bonus is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. The bonus is non-transferable, non-cashable, and subject to the wagering requirements specified at the time of the offer. php22 reserves the right to modify or withdraw the welcome bonus at any time without prior notice.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on php22 are provided by third-party game developers and are governed by the rules of each individual game. php22 does not control game outcomes, which are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems subject to independent testing and PAGCOR oversight.

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game session — including server disruptions, disconnection events, or software errors — php22 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. However, php22 cannot guarantee the continuity of any game session and shall not be liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

php22 reserves the right to void bets where it determines that a technical error, pricing error, or data feed error has materially affected the outcome of a game or betting market.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on php22 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account with php22.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with php22's games or systems.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in php22's platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using php22 for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or financing of illegal activity.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, harassing, or threatening toward php22 staff or other players.
• Attempting to circumvent php22's responsible gaming controls, including self-exclusion mechanisms.

php22 reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to forfeit all balances and winnings, and to report suspicious activity to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the php22 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and the overall design and layout of the website — is the proprietary property of php22 or its third-party licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the php22 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any php22 content without prior written authorisation from php22.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

php22 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at php22.vip/privacy-policy. By registering with php22, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

php22 complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the regulations promulgated by the National Privacy Commission. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. php22 may share data with PAGCOR, law enforcement, and other regulatory bodies as required by applicable law.

10 Responsible Gaming

php22 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a suite of responsible gaming tools available to all registered players, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. 11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, php22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the php22 platform, including losses from gambling activity, technical malfunctions, or service interruptions.

php22's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by you in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits php22's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact php22 at [email protected] and give php22 a reasonable opportunity to resolve the dispute informally. php22 will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours and will work in good faith to reach a resolution.

Where a dispute relates to a regulatory matter, you may also refer your complaint to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.

13 Amendments to These Terms

php22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file and/or by prominent notice on the php22 website. Your continued use of the php22 platform following notification of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using php22 and may request account closure by contacting support.
